What to do prior to an omni-channel campaign
An omni-channel marketing campaign utilizes multiple channels to reach out to potential customers. An example is a campaign that combines telemarketing (companies still do this) with onsite web forms, email, and a LinkedIn campaign. This is what I did for several software vendors. In order to maximize the effectiveness of a campaign however, you should think of a couple of things in advance. It will make your life as a marketer much easier.

Never ever delete your UA in Google Analytics. That is, before January this year. Now it's safe.... Ever since Google Analytics implemented 'Trash Can'. A simple solution for marketers like me who deleted an old UA while trusting BI that all data captured 'under' it had been safely stashed away on a server.... NOT! king, is king and will keep being king!! Though I seem talking to deaf man's
ears for years, now, in 2015, I think it finally caught on considering the top
