Apple reseller in Utrecht offered me their free of charge service plan to replace the casing of my old notebook! The poor thing - my notebook - suffered many Dutch, German trains and some intercontintental flights. Even my back garden and bars (with beer...). Once it actually connected with the stone floor of an Amsterdam South East office building... No wonder some of the plastic tore off. My true and faithful old Apple, always running, always processing my rantings without failing me.... the music swells, my one and only digital mussel, my binairy beaut, my coffee struck cuty, my....I now pronounce us man and notebook... Anyway, this kind of customer care is terrific! And that's one of the reasons why Apple still made money, regardless of the crisis!
