Are online marketers troubled by tunnel vision?

Of late, I followed discussions about what makes a true online marketer. I was, and still am astonished that hardly anyone mentioned ‘knowing your user, costumer, and/or market’ as an important characteristic. 



Knowing your user might be self-evident to some online marketers. In a constant changing online environment, however, it’s more important than ever to keep track of your users.
Hands-on knowledge, a blog, ready-made strategies, don’t cut it! 

Wake up and smell the coffee, your users are way ahead of you!
