  1. How are marketers using their Facebook pages?
  2. How do consumers interact with brands on Facebook?
  3. What can marketers do to encourage ongoing involvement once a consumer has “liked” a brand or page?
  4. How do brands such as Adobe, Chef Boyardee, Clarisonic and Discovery use Facebook?
  1. without any form of strategy or consistency
  2. by following a brand and by letting other know they are following it.
  3. by providing a platform where consumers can have added value to the brand by talking about it, contributing to it, and by interacting with other followers
  4. By interacting with users, providing options to contribute, launch new products etc (Adobe)
